RETURN POLICY

We proudly offer FREE returns!  Returns are free for US orders only.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the order being fulfilled.  Items must be unwashed, unused, tags still attached and in their original condition.  Your return will be refunded in form of a gift card for store credit only. 

All Warehouse Sale Items are FINAL SALE.

All Flash Sale Items are FINAL SALE.

Extended Holiday Return Policy:  Any purchase made between November 1-December 31 can be returned for store credit until January 31.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet the above criteria.

Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned. 

Hats, hair accessories, socks and earrings cannot be returned.

To request a return please email us at cambriaaboutique@gmail.com or fill out the form on our "Contact Us" page. Please include your order number and item that you want to return and we will send you a return label.

 

SHIPPING

We offer free ground shipping on U.S domestic orders over $150.

We offer a flat rate of $8.95 for standard shipping in the U.S for orders under $150.

We are not responsible for any internationsl duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery.  If packages are declined or returned back to sender, you will receive store credit for your order value minus international shipping costs.

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.  When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  Please allow for the tracking information to become available.

Business days refer to M-F and exclude national holidays.

*Items returned to sender because of a wrong address error will be charged a shipping rate of $8.95 to resend*

 

LOST/LATE PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost packages.  Please reach out to shipping carrier for assistance.  Once your order is dropped off to the shipping carrier we are no longer responsible for it.  Please contact your shipping carrier for questions about delays.
