RETURN POLICY

We proudly offer FREE returns!  Returns are free for US orders only.

 If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the order being fulfilled.  Items must be unwashed, unused, tags still attached and in their original condition.  Your return will be refunded in form of a gift card for store credit only. 

 We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet the above criteria.

Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned. 

Hats and hair accessories cannot be returned.

To request a return please email us at cambriaaboutique@gmail.com.  Please include your order number and item that you want to return and we will send you a return label.

SHIPPING

We offer free ground shipping on US domestic orders over $150.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout for all orders under $150.

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.  When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  Please allow for the tracking information to become available.

Business days refer to M-F and exclude national holidays.

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost packages.  Please reach out to shipping carrier for assistance.
